COVID19 STATEMENT

To All Our Valued Talent & Clients,
On behalf of Adelante Live, I want to reassuring each of you that the safety of our Team, Clients and event attendees is our top priority.
As states were beginning to re-open, we were preparing to return to limited live events and promotions. However, as a spike in cases in certain states and regions has occurred, our live events are currently on hold as we await more updates from local and governmental agencies.
Please note that we have taken many precautionary steps in preparation of events starting again.
- All talent must complete mandatory COVID-19 training which reviews new operational and on-site event processes.
- All talent must sign a COVID-19 Policy agreeing to adhere to all CDC/OSHA guidelines including cleaning of work areas, practicing social distancing, wearing facemasks, providing and using hand sanitizer and/or providing and using disposable gloves for all events regardless of location or local rules.
- All talent must complete a mandatory self-reported symptom checker before working all events. This survey is built into our remote event check in and ALI staff must approve the talent to work based on any reported symptoms.
COVID-19 has dramatically affected most people around the world in ways never experienced before. Like many companies, we are feeling the effects of the limits put on in-person gatherings. However, we also understand that we all need to work together to slow the spread of this virus. We will continue to do our part to promote safe events and demonstrations including, if necessary, postponing events until a there is a safer time.
Adelante Live is working in close collaboration with our clients to find the best and safest time to ‘restart’. To our talent, we will continue to keep in contact with you regarding any future event opportunities. I wish we had a crystal ball and could know with certainty that we will get back to ‘normal’ on X date, but we just do not know. In the meantime, we ask our talent to take a moment to update your Agenda talent profile including skills and experience so you’re ready for event bookings when we start again.

As you’re all aware by now, the concern over the COVID-19 Virus has increased during the last 10 days. Like most companies, we are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with our Clients, local jurisdictions, and following all precautionary measures and guidelines recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
With that said, Adelante Live is working in close collaboration with our clients to postpone certain events. To our talent, we will continue to keep in contact with each of you regarding any future events which you may be scheduled for as well as to reschedule postponed events. I recognize that this uncertainty may present an inconvenience, but as noted, we must put the safety of everyone at the forefront of all future decisions.
